I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 a.m. When I arrived, the place was closed. I called and was told that they would check with the person who was supposed to open and get back to me. Unfortunately, no one ever called me back. I tried calling twice afterwards, but the phone was switched off. I waited for another 15 minutes, but nobody showed up or contacted me. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience, especially for a business that presents itself as offering a luxury service. A premium service should also mean reliability, communication, and respect for customers’ time.

The services offered were great. From the moment you enter the salon until you’re done, staff is great and they come and ask you if you would like to drink anything. Hair cut was also great, you can ask about Mahdi. Will definitely come again.
